Avenues was founded in 2013 with a simple thesis: industrial and technical roles deserve recruiters who actually understand them, not generalists who learn each search from scratch.
We've grown by specializing deeper, not wider, adding sector expertise rather than chasing the latest hot vertical. Today our recruiters cover five industries with the same depth most firms try to spread across thirty.
The team works from Bradenton, Florida and places talent across the country. We partner with hiring teams at distributors, manufacturers, system integrators, and end users, and with candidates whose careers we follow long after a placement closes.
